  • Where is MPark Self-Parking located?

    The MPark Self-Parking off-site lot is located at 3035 S. 160th, just 1.4 miles North of SeaTac Airport. MPark is north of MasterPark Lot C and directly across from SeaTac's new rental car facility. MPark is north of MasterPark Lot C and directly across from SeaTac's new rental car facility.   • Do I Need A Reservation?

    Typically reservations are not needed, however, you can call MPark at (206) 246-2222 to check availability.
  • How do I get to SeaTac Airport?

    MPark has the newest fleet of eco-friendly shuttles to transport you and your luggage to and from the airport. Each propane fueled shuttle is equipped with state of the art communication equipment to remain in constant contact between MPark, and our other shuttle drivers assuring fastest pick up and return times.
  • How much time should I allow to arrive at SeaTac Airport?

    Once you arrive MPark has a fleet of silver shuttles waiting to take you to SeaTac Airport. It takes no less than 5 minutes for the MPark shuttle to drive to SeaTac Airport.
  • How will the MPark Shuttle find me in the parking lot?

    One of many MPark Shuttles will be waiting at the entrance. Upon your arrival, the MPark Shuttle will follow you to your vehicle to assist with your luggage and whisk you away to SeaTac airport. The shuttle driver will give you a "stall locator" card for easily locating your car upon your return.
  • What are the MPark rates?

    For current rates see our SeaTac Airport parking rates page. *Rate quotes are not available as return dates and times often change while traveling. Parking rates are charged by the 24 hour clock, starting when you arrive at MPark and ending when you check out upon your return. The posted applicable city, county taxes and airport fees will be applied at time of check out, and are located on the self-ticketing machine.
  • What are your hours of operation?

    We never close. MPark's SeaTac Airport Self-Parking is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are open on all holidays to serve SeaTac airport travelers.
  • How do I get from the airport back to my vehicle upon my return to SeaTac?

    Upon your return to SeaTac Airport, call MPark at 206-246-2222 for pick-up, or proceed to the courtesy phones located on Islands 1 or 3 in the shuttle pick-up and drop-off area. Simply push #97 to be connected to the MPark Concierge Desk. Island 2 is for airport employees only. No public shuttles are allowed to pick up at Island 2. The silver shuttle will arrive at Island 1 or 3 within minutes. Be sure to flag down the MPark shuttle driver indicating a need for pick up.
  • How often do shuttles drop-off and pick-up?

    MPark shuttles are available 24 hours a day. When you arrive, we depart for SeaTac within minutes. When you return from your trip, call MPark and we will leave to pick you up within minutes.   • What form of payment do you accept?

    MPark Airport Self-Parking accepts only credit cards: Citi-Bank, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. No cash, no checks.
  • Where do I find the MPark pickup shuttle at SeaTac Airport upon my return?

    SeaTac Airport has a transportation shuttle area on level 3, just one level below the sky bridges, islands one or three. A courtesy phone connecting you to MPark Airport Self-Parking is located at island one or three to directly contact you to request pick up.

    There is no public pick up on Island 2, only Islands 1 or 3. #97 is the direct connection for MPark concierge Desk at Island 1 or 3.

  • When is payment made?

    Payment for MPark parking is made upon return to as you exit through the automated gated exit. Note that MPark accepts credit cards only. MPark does not require an advance payment or deposit.
  • Are your facilities secured?

    Yes, our SeaTac airport parking facility is well lit and totally enclosed with security fencing. 24 hour video surveillance cameras are located throughout the parking lot. MPark personnel monitor the grounds around the clock.
  • Do you have luggage assistance at MPark Self-Parking?

    Yes, the MPark shuttle driver is there to assist with loading and unloading. MPark guests are taken to curb side at SeaTac Airport Island 1 or 3, depending our which airline you are using. The MPark shuttle driver will ask about you airline before your arrival at SeaTac airport.
  • Should I leave valuables in my car?

    When parking your vehicle anywhere, never leave valuables in your vehicle. Parking facilities are not responsible for the care of items left in cars.
  • How do you handle large amounts of luggage?

    We suggest you drop the luggage off at SeaTac Airport with a member of your group and then park the car to assure an easy, stress-free transfer to SeaTac Airport.
  • How eco-friendly is MPark?

    From our state of the art propane shuttles, to our environmentally safe halogen lights, MPark is leading the way to a greener SeaTac Airport experience. MPark's water detainment system located on the paved lot, was engineered to protect Puget Sound's water quality and deter flooding.
  • What other services does MPark provide their guests?

    We have battery chargers available should you have a dead battery. If you have low air in your tire, we will fill the tire with air. All at no charge.
  • What is the difference between valet and self-parking?

    Self-parking simply means you park your car and keep your keys. MPark still assists with luggage handling, transferring you to and from SeaTac Airport, and assists in locating your vehicle upon your return.

    Valet parking is when you drive in to a covered drop off/pick up location, obtain a receipt and hand your keys over for safe keeping, and a concierge parks your vehicle for you. MasterPark Valet parking assists with luggage handling, transferring you to and from SeaTac Airport and returns you to your awaiting vehicle upon your return.
